Clare is a  parent educator, speaker, and author. She has written children's picture books such as The Little Paws Hotel that address everyday big emotions and core values.

She is also the author of a handbook for adults, which offers a step-by-step approach on how to have conversations that promote emotional growth. Before becoming a full time writer Clare worked as an Occupational Therapist and LifeCoach.
