We kick off this week's episode with a quote from Will Smith:

"She should be happy and I should be happy individually. Then we come together and share our happiness. Giving someone a responsibility to make you happy when you can't do it for yourself is selfish"

It can be hard to take responsibility for our own happiness but it can be even harder to give someone back the responsibility for theirs. 

Can you even tell the when your boundaries are shaky? 

This week we ponder what it means to take ownership of your own happiness when you need to put up boundaries, and the difference between being responsible for and responsible to someone.
