In this episode, I discuss the various types of emotional triggers and how they manifest in our lives. Although there are numerous types of triggers, I explain what a trigger is and its different forms. Often, we are unaware when we are triggered, which can lead us (and those around us) to interpret our behavior negatively. Join me to learn if you are responding due to an emotional trigger and discover what you can do about it.
This episode is closely related to the previous one, "Trauma and Its Different Forms". In my opinion, it would be helpful to learn about trauma and its various forms so that you can find a possible connection to the triggers that I discuss in this episode. However, listening to the previous episode is not a requirement to learn about emotional triggers.
