In this episode Kareen starts it off by talking about his childhood upbringing, and how certain things he went through at a young age made him a very angry and violent person. He goes in depth about a guy he grew up with and how every time they saw each other it was on sight like "Tom and Jerry." Rome also gives examples of him being angry and him resorting to being violent as well. This episode is unique because while Kareen and Rome were live on Instagram talking about what they went through in those situations the dude Kareen was fighting was watching the live. Towards the end of the episode there's a clip of both of them talking about their situation on live.
