Are you a thermostat or thermometer?

If you are a thermometer chances are your days are total chaos in your personal life and in business.  One day I was at a convention when I heard a very successful entrepreneur say that he was prouder about being able to better handle his emotions than having built two multi-billion dollar companies.  Once I understood what he meant my life changed.
