Today, I go into a bit of detail on how I was able to get over recurring back pain through the teachings of Dr. John Sarno. The methodology centers around the repressed emotions causing the tension in the body and creating back pain, periodic spasms, and mild oxygen deprivation of the body.

The Mind-Body Connection is what I will showcase as I give my first-hand, very humble experience with such a process. It took me a few years to completely integrate these teachings, as it is not easy if you have a lifetime of repressing emotions.
