Today’s podcast is an emotional one. The title?  Those Pesky Emotional Enigmas. As a human being you possess emotions. It’s a package deal that comes with living in a physical body; it’s also one of the reasons you and I as Light Beings seeking to increase our Light’s brilliance, decided to experience life on this planet.

The following Light message were, given to me by my Guides (and a reminder you have guides, too), encapsulates the four declarations of EW, an acronym for emotional wisdom. 

  1. It’s important to acknowledge and experience the full spectrum of life’s emotions. Emotions lead to the heart and the heart is connected to your Light, your core being. The heart knows your Light better than the mind.
  2. Emotions vs feelings: Emotions are a reaction to your in-the-moment reality, that time before you’ve processed or analyzed an emotion. Feelings are influenced by the narratives you’ve generated in your mind based on past events or future fears, whether in this lifetime or a past lifetime. 
  3. Listen to your emotions. Shaped by the data from your five senses, your emotions can help you connect to the uncluttered reality of an experience rather than a misleading story stuck in your head that you keep playing over and over. Feelings usually don’t reflect the truth of a situation. I could offer you ten examples of relying erroneously on my feelings. Bet you can offer some as well.
  4. To achieve soul growth or your Light’s brilliance, you must make responsible life choices, be nonjudgmental with yourself, flexible in your moods, i.e., not dwelling on the past or fearful of the future, and hopeful in your emotions. By consciously creating these around you, you will   garner joy and abundance in life, including a favorite of mine: dark chocolate!!!
