On this episode I had a discussion with Amir Branch and we talked about emotions, connections, and congratulating others. As men we are often taught to be "tough" and that usually leads to us not expressing how we feel. Amir and I talked about each topic and we came to the conclusion that EMOTIONS MATTER.
