"What should our ideal mental health look like as Christians? Are we allowed to suffer? I know we shouldn’t be anxious, but it’s hard not to be and then when I am anxious it’s like self condemnation for being anxious lol. Hopefully that makes sense. To add clarification, when I’m sad do I need to force myself to be joyful because I’m a Christian, do I need to stop self-doubt because I need to be confident in Christ? Is that attainable?!"
