Learn about someone’s life today, someone perhaps you usually do not interact with much. This could be a bully at your school, the quiet person at work, the super friendly person at the bar. Whoever it may be, aim to put yourself in their shoes.

The deeply inherent need for empathy in the world is growing by the day, with all that is going on, we need to unity through empathy.
