How often do we judge ourselves and others for behaving in a "bad" way? Can we see beyond the behaviour and empathise with it's origin? Today I touch on childhood and how it shapes us, where my jealousy comes from, the Oedipus complex, empathy for a murderer, and feeling resentment/gratitude towards our parents. We cannot change our childhood, but we can change the way we see it!
