There is nothing usual, normal or routine about current times. This is a period of collective trauma and its at such times that, we all need to exhibit a heightened sense of empathy for those around us. However, empathy should be our way of life whether times are normal or not. As humans, we all go through a roller coaster of emotions, ups, and downs and each of us needs a listening ear and a helping hand.

I believe that the world we all look forward to stepping into will exhibit a higher level of empathy & sensitivity with each of us giving more, as a way of life!
