Izzy takes time to talk with Richard Alonzo from the Upstander Kids Anti-Bullying Camp who focuses on empathy and the importance of this emotion weighing on the bullying epidemic. During the interview Richard talks about the different types of bullying and how providing an alternate avenue for kids such as martial arts can build confidence and improve their self esteem. He also talks about different forms of communication to support students experiencing bullying.
