Today's episode is number 5 I believe. I forget since I had a little break from podcasting over the last month.

This episode I kind of chat like you are here with me, alright I vent, talk to myself and mumble a bit!

Still the core of the episode is how as an empath I am compelled to do what I call "pour out" of all my internal 

energies be that stagnant or otherwise- so that I am fully ready, powered up and able to help someone else.

Like, I can't do good for anyone else if I have [dirty] stores within. It takes more than just cleansing with crystals for
