Empathy is the Key to Strong Relationships

Here, I talk about the reactions you are going to get when sharing your survival story, and who you should NOT be talking to. Many people don't understand that empathy is absolutely necessary to have successful, deep, and meaningful relationships.

Going to the wrong people to listen and for help can destroy you and make the situation worse. If they tell you not to talk it's a big red flag that they are not the ones you should be talking to.
