Elo and Beegax limp into Socorro after narrowly escaping a pirate attack within the asteroid belt surrounding the planet.  The crew of the Crooked Horn, led by captain D’Vreq Nemenox left the intrepid spacer’s ship broken and damaged, but ultimately un-plundered.

With their spirits tested, their bodies pushed to their limits and their ship in bad need of repair, Elo and Beegax brave a new and possibly dangerous world, hoping for a warmer welcome upon the black sands of this Outer Rim frontier.
