Case Hotham is a passionate human experience leader who has held a prosperous career in Telstra for near two decades.  Currently leading Australia’s largest technology company’s Future Workplace Experience, Casey is obsessed with simplifying and optimising workplace experiences across human connection/capabilities, tech/tools and workspaces.  Being data-driven, experience-led and business focussed, she is harnessing employee feedback and industry trends to deliver experiences that enable employees to live their best life at the place they want to work.  Prior to this role, Head of Employee Experience and years spent as a Business partner delivering value-add outcomes aligned to business strategic priorities.  Engineering, Construction, Field Service Delivery, Contact Centres and Retail are areas of the business where Casey has achieved tangible outcomes in employee experience, leadership and talent development, implementing major organisational change initiatives, organisational design, performance management, capability build, employee relations and wellbeing.
