The idea that their people are their most valuable asset but tragically very few put that into practice the fact is if you want to take your organization to higher levels you need to insure your people are being a mentor you can do this by encouraging leaders and supervisors to proactively mentor their people as well as by creating an actual formal mentoring program for the system.
