Continuing our Democratic Capitalism series this week we spoke with Dr. William Castellano and Dr. Jim Terez of Rutgers University School of Management and Labor relations.
The pair developed the Employee Ownership Online Education Program with support from the Kellogg Foundation.
Two weeks into their launch, the resource has been well recieved on a national scale.
This program offers access to key strategies for forming ESOPs and Co-Operatives, encouraging the education of business leaders and employees considering the transition to an employee-owned model.
