Wendy talks with local attorney and Marijuana advocate Patrick Nightingale.  Patrick talks about why legalizing pot could be a financial gain for the state.  They also talked about how businesses are dropping the zero tolerance attitude towards drug testing because companies are finding a harder time finding employees.
