Marya grew up in Canada but moved to the US in 1991 at 18 years old.  She is married and has one son from her first marriage.  Marya talks about her journey from mother,  to a United States Officer and labor nurse, to entrepreneur in birth coaching. 

She started  as a nurse in labor and delivery, something that she realized became her calling. Marya was a natural at coaching women in natural childbirth. She was a natural at motivating women to find their strength and push through the pain, the fear, and the doubt of childbirth. She loved her calling and she was so dedicated to her patients that she spent her spare time acquiring specialized skills and knowledge in the art of what eventually became her online course for birth professionals Dysfunctional Labor Maneuvers℠. It was through this that she became the best at her craft. After only 5 years of being a nurse, she started to teach these skills to other birth professionals around the world, Canada, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Indonesia, Europe, and the UK.

As a labor and delivery nurse, she always tells her patients that the mind is the most powerful tool we have and if we just decide to believe, then we can achieve anything. Marya has the gift of inspiration and the ability to get others to believe in the impossible. It was only fitting for her to take her gift and talents to another level and move into mindset coaching where she can help people learn how to use the power of their mind to create their ideal life and transform intentions into achievements. 

Marya is a triple threat in the birth world. A birth worker , a bodyworker with magic hands,  and a mindset master.
