Noelani refuses to be a victim, regardless of the difficult circumstances in her life. She is vivacious, energetic, and wonderfully talented. Although life has been difficult due to adverse circumstances, she is still empowered and motivated by the love she has for her children and by her faithful commitment to her Christian values.
