Katie is an energy medicine teacher, empathic healer and spiritual wayshower, who supports her clients on their personal path to wholeness and fulfillment.

After investing more than a decade in a combination of research into natural remedies to her personal health concerns, formal study in undergraduate and graduate programs at the Boulder Psychic Institute, and certifications in professional and wellness coaching, Katie founded, Zen Within Academy.

During her individual healing sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, retreats and online programs and events, she intuitively crafts an alchemy of meditation, breath work, energy medicine and channeled teachings from her guides and higher self to awaken unity consciousness and deep healing for her clients and students. I have personally attended numerous of her workshops and healing ceremonies as well as worked with her one on one.
