Her coaching, which began with a program called The Stay Focused Program, emphasizes plant-based nutrition and holistic healing—practices that not only transformed her health but also reversed her long-standing diabetes and high blood pressure.

As a community health educator, she has collaborated with prestigious groups and organizations, including the State of Oregon Health Department and The American Heart Association.
