Just like the judges in the Old Testament, we, New Testament Christians,

are called by God and then empowered by God to unify the people of God for

the purpose of standing against the enemies of God. Whether we are aware or

not, we are engaged in a spiritual battle with the enemy.   To continually

walk in victory - christians need to unify in the power of God.  Ephesians

4:2-3 - we need to make every effort to maintain the unity. There is

strength in unity!
