Ruramiso Mashumba farms in eastern Zimbabwe. She grows indigenous organic grains including maize, whole brown rice, sorghum, millet and gumtrees. She also grows peas for export and breeds cattle. Ruramiso holds an Agriculture Business Management degree from the University of West England and University of Iowa. She has 10 years’ experience in agriculture and has served in leadership roles as well as winning many awards and fellowships.
