Sylvia's story is from a place many can relate to. From the outside it appeared all was normal but inside there was a storm of darkness, pain, and confusion. Greg was born into a life filled with pain, disappointment, and addictions. He also made some really poor choices along the way. The good news? He found his way out and through the darkness. Azul Terronez was such a delight to have on Empowering Sacred Souls!! His story is amazing and truly a sign that sometimes to do that in which we are truly called to do requires looking past the challenges placed in our paths.

He has dyslexia and yet he became an English teacher!! But it didn't stop there, Azul loved the written word so much he became an author himself, delivered an inspiring TedTalk, and took another leap of faith coaching others to write their books and began a podcast called "Born to Write".

Azul has helped authors like Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income launch his book "Will it Fly?" - Which is totally Amazing!!!! He's also helped many other entrepreneurs write their books - many who struggle to find clarity or the right words to put on the page.

He helps you go from what is in your head and heart to getting words on paper and a book published and in the hands of those it will touch, motivate and inspire. It is really a soul journey and Azul is the one who helps you curate your soul!

A term we'd use to describe this amazing human would be the "book whisperer" for he is funny, sincere, and kind, yet strong and not afraid to show his vulnerable and raw side to a sometimes challenging space of book writing and publishing.

Stefanie Diaz's life looked perfect from the outside and even to her at that moment from the inside. But what she began to realize as time went on was that something just didn't feel quite aligned or "perfect"on the inside.

Stefanie definitely had what the world would consider a perfect life - she had a thriving business, a wonderful marriage, a beautiful family, but something was missing from her life. She didn't know what that was until she had a spiritual awakening that led her to realize she needed to reconnect to her divine feminine.

In this episode, Stefanie takes us through the journey of that re-connection to her divine feminine which ultimately helped her to... reconnect to her Puerto Rican heritage, take a hard look at her marriage that wasn't holding space for her to truly honor herself, realizing that her successful career wasn't filling her life purpose and to literally rebuild herself in all of these areas.

It's really easy sometimes to get caught in the matrix of life and lose sight of what our true essence is and it takes a complete leap of faith to find it again.

Fraser Bayley takes us through the Mindset Shifts he had to go through (depression was a major part of his life before) and the Spiritual Growth opportunities he experienced healing himself while becoming a vegan and starting a vegan movement online and in his own hometown.

Fraser was born and raised in New Zealand coming to the United States a few years back to meet up with the love of his life and begin a totally new journey with his wife Lauren in a new country and not knowing anyone but her!

Little did he know at the time that veganism and spirituality would be such a big part of their everyday lives.

They started a very successful company called Evolving Alpha which is a vegan/fitness online coaching business to help those who are interested in becoming vegan and those who are vegan to become a fit vegan.

Fraser's story is interesting because he comes from a long lineage of butchers (yes you read that correctly, butchers!) and therefore a lineage Fraser "thought" he would follow that is until life stepped in and began to challenge everything Fraser knew and believed up to that point. Which is to say..... Life began to offer him a HUGE spiritual awakening that helped him beat a deep depression, anger issues and health challenges just to name a few (important) things that he had began to accept and believe as normal or the way it was always going to be for him.

This awakening led him to so many amazing things - one being completely depression free without medication!!

Now you may be thinking why do I care to listen to this I will never be vegan I love my meat - We completely understand and believe us, the beautiful thing about Fraser and Lauren's approach is not to sell you something or even to convert you to veganism BUT to create a space for some interesting ways in which you can reconsider the food you eat or eliminate.

Listening to this giant of a man (with a heart to match) deliver a heart-felt message of learning about the foods we eat and how it can radically change your life for the better has the potential to be life-changing for you and your family!!
