Welcome to Season 4 of Couture & Construction! We are an uplifting podcast dedicated to the many different aspects of the luxury building industry.

We have the pleasure of beginning this season by highlighting the Black Design Community and sitting down with 3 phenomenal leaders. Each of these leaders share their thoughts on how the design world can better support the minority community. How do we engage, encourage, and support the next generation of BIPOC designers? How do we reshape design to foster a more diverse design community?

This week, our second leader is the wildly talented & multifaceted  Tifinie Capehart.  Tifinie joins us to discuss how she manages being a Realtor at Parks, an Urban Planning Consultant, Community Builder & Adjunct Urban Studies Professor at TSU. She also discusses the responsibility that the building community has in building the framework of their city, as well as the Black Community in Nashville moving back & building up areas that were once prominent!
