Your Action Plan for the week:
This weeks Action Plan is specifically for the health and fitness professionals out there - I want you take a pulse check on your approach with clients and patients. Specifically, I want you to check on your approachability. If you’ve been in the game for a while, have you become excessively calloused by the number of clients who don’t follow through on their goals? If you’re newer to the profession, are you trying so hard to sound knowledgeable that you’re losing the human connection? And if you’re somewhere in between, are you effectively balancing results-driven interventions with empowering communication and energy? I know that I need to more committed to effective communication, especially with my remote clients - that’s my big focus this week. I hope you find this exercise insightful and motivating…
And until next week, I wish you STRENGTH and GOOD HEALTH.
