All of us at some point have sat down with people we love, heard their story and don't always know if our feedback is helping the problem, or making it worse. If you're like me, at some point you've walked away from a conversation with someone and have asked one of the following questions...

• Did what I say make it better? Or did what I say make it worse?
• Did I help them with their problem? Or did I just make it worse?
• Did I say the right thing? Or did I say the wrong thing?
• Was I the right person to help with this?
• I really care about this person. But am I even qualified to help them?

And so many more!

In this conversation, I sit down with two very good friends of mine Alicia Flowers and Erin Smalley on this topic. As we speak with people on a daily basis to help them grow in their walk with God, this was a conversation that had come up, and we decided to talk about it!
