After struggling with symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder for over a decade, Patricia discovered the keys to healing mental health issues not in her Master's in Mental Health Counseling program but in the outermost fringes of the psychology field and in Spiritual practices including yoga, meditation, plant medicines and self inquiry. There is a greater movement happening - not towards de-stigmatizing mental health and concept of diagnosis but rather owning and healing the collective trauma of humanity and acknowledging we are all in this together.
