In today's episode, I discuss the importance of confidence for women transitioning out of the military and those looking to advance in their current roles. We emphasize the challenges women face in maintaining confidence when entering the civilian sector and provides strategies for self-assessment and growth. I introduce you with  a 10-minute exercise focusing on evaluating one's self-concept and the value individuals bring both professionally and personally.

This exercise aims to help you identify your strengths, foster self-awareness, and build confidence for their career paths, whether you're in the process of transitioning out of the military, planning future career moves, or looking to pivot entirely.

Also, invite you to an upcoming webinar in collaboration with the Wounded Warrior Project on May 15th at 12PM ET, designed to support women in navigating a stressful transition with confidence.
