• When we become leaders of our own lives and work we create a space for ourselves and others to be seen and heard. 
• The old paradigms are crumbling. We have an incredible opportunity to shape the future by creating cultures where every individual is valued and ultimately participates in the decision-making process.
• We all need to start making a difference in our businesses and this becomes so much easier when we start from a place of ecstatic empowerment
