Thanksgiving break was interesting and going back to my small college town was even worse!
I am navigating life one semester at a time and this is where we are. I have made many major changes and am doing lots of adult things. I luh u and thank you for listening to the looming thoughts it my mind.
Relationships are very foreign to me but I think long distance is so much more common that I had originally thought. I am heading into week four of college and am gearing up for my first biology exam! I also touch on my experience in religion and the struggle it has been in college.

People are really bad at getting timing right. Life seems so long, but in reality it is not. Most people live about 70 years which is approximately 36 million minutes. Who and what are you giving your time to? Time is so much more valuable than people think, and in this episode I discuss that value and the role mistakes play in the rest of your life.
I am a very insecure person. I have both internal and external insecurties and I give them a lot of power. In this podcast I share with you my insecurities and how I have allowed them to take control of my perception of myself and how I think that other people see me. I truly believe that insecurities play a big part in toxicity, and insecurities are birthed from comparison. I tell you how to reduce the power of insecurities and how to hopefully stop comparison, because comparison is the thief of joy.
Here are the ups and downs I faced in January. This is a little self reflection that I am going to use to help me improve next month. Reevaluate and reflect to see what you can improve on and learn from.
