“There are other provinces that have representation in other countries but theirs is more focussed or circumscribed, I should say, around the question of economy and commerce and trade, which is also at the heart of what we do,” Christos Sirros said in interview from Quebec City. “But we have taken it one step further and it’s been like that for about 50 years now.”
