We are encouraged to pray because of who God is - He to whom we speak.-1. God is great and awesome. He spoke to us first, inviting us to speak to Him- He listens to us, as we repent- -v.4-11- -2. God is righteous, and yet hears our pleas for mercy. -v.12-17--3. God is merciful-we express the needs of His people. -v.18-19-
