April Hartmann is a published author and illustrator of children’s books. Her artwork is featured in kids’ magazines, posters, on toys and packaging, plus illustrated many books for children. "The Dream Keepers" is her first book as a published author. It also teaches growth mindset, and is written for kids age 5-10.
Why does this matter to April? Because she has kids, too. As the parent of a 20-year-old and two teenagers, she knows firsthand just how important growth mindset is to prepare them for adult life. She understands the importance of encouraging our kids to have a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset. Encouraging us to move forward instead of harp on the current or the past.
