There is a reaping whether it be a good harvest or bad. Depending on what is sowed depends on what is reaped. Consequences for sin is a harvest that can never be removed for the rest of ones life. We all have a choice to make whether they will do good or bad. Don't be deceived because the penalty for sin is great. Some of the leaders of our country are deceived. We can make laws and change them to try to make a persons live a certain way but none of these changes will ever lead to goodness. People no longer have the fear of God in their hearts therefore they live a life of worldliness. God holds your very breath and should be reverenced as such. For whatever reason God still has mercy for this country even though most have forgotten who He truly is.
No matter where you go in your life at least one of Gods people will be with you. Don't be deceived by what the world says. Just as in Noah's time, they mocked God and him as he built the ark. In the end, God sent the flood and only saved those that believed In Him, Noah's family.
Now if one plants a seed of corn then one expects a stalk of corn to grow from that seed. Why would anyone expect anything less about the choices of the way they live and sow life or death. There is a difference in knowing that you're doing wrong and continuing and not knowing. To know and do against it is called rebelling.
One can't live like they want to during the week and expect God to be worshipped on Sunday. So we should sow to the Spirit Monday thru Sunday and we will reap what we sow. How many struggle on Mondays to show your happy in your spirit? We should take every opportunity we get to uplift our fellow man especially our brothers and sisters in Christ. But, something holds us back and it's because we are humans and therefore we are sinners. We should fight against the sinful nature of our flesh striving to overcome it to uplift the name of Jesus.
If you act like, dress like, talk like and look like the world, then how is the world supposed to know that you're a Christian?
Seeds don't grow instantly, therefore don't give up. People usually don't come to Jesus instantly, don't give up on them! Keep planting the seeds of love and be patient.
