Welcome to Biblical talks Encouraging Words for the week.  I am Rachel Tolliver, John Calvin said “ If God should withdraw His hand a little, all things would immediately perish and dissolve into nothing”. 

Colossians 1:17 says that Jesus is before all things and by him (that is Jesus) all things hold together. When I think about the planets and this whole universe stays in their place, because Jesus holds them there. Now if he is able to keep this universe from falling apart, surely He can hold you and me together.
