A man who becomes a Christian does not just become a conformist, he is made anew. He is changed in the depth of his personality. He has a new heart. Christianity is the answer to the cry of David in his psalm: Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me (…) It is the same man, absolutely changed: the same individual, the same birth, the same everything; and yet new, absolutely new. A revolution has taken place.
