How important is it that coaches not only review their team, but also their own work throughout the season? Gary takes a look into the ways that coaches can use the off-season to reflect on their environment and maximize the time during the break to take new ideas and feedback on board.

Gary also previews the upcoming webinar on the Modern Soccer Coach Community Platform on December 20, that takes a look at the review process in college soccer. Gary interviews five college coaches, who share different aspects of the review, including tactical assessment, culture, player meetings, recruitment, and how players can get better in the off-season. The coaches included are Nate Lie (Xavier University), Nicole Van Dyke (University of Pennsylvania), Chris Rich (UNC Greensboro), Yossi Raz (UC Irvine) and Meghan Nemzer (Rutgers University).

The webinar is FREE for all coaches on the Modern Soccer Coach Community Platform. Coaches can sign up for a free 14-day trial and then become a member for only $6 a month. You get access to all MSC monthly webinars, over 300 video exercises, and weekly content uploaded.
