At the end of any given year comes a great time to reflect back on both successes and failures as we hope to design a road map for ourselves.

At the end of any given year comes a great time to reflect on successes and failures as we plan to design a road map for the following year.

After a post online that said

• instead of finishing the year strong
• why don't we finish the year restful and grateful for making it through yet another crazy cycle on earth?

I decided to grab the microphone and go through some of the things I was grateful for in 2022.

To overcome the fear of failure on an idea of this podcast that was given to me because they thought I could succeed.

To push outside my comfort zone to design, build and implement a podcast to bring value to others.

I am grateful to my wife, family, and friends who have supported my efforts.

As I look to next year, I am the many new potential endeavors and opportunities ahead.
