Mila Aung-Thwin is a documentary filmmaker and producer. In 2009, he produced the Genie Award-winning documentary “Up The Yangtze“. Other producing credits include “S.P.I.T.: Squeegee Punks in Traffic“, “RiP!: A Remix Manifesto“, “Taqwacore: The Birth of Punk Islam” and “I am The Blues”. He is also a director whose films include “Bone”, “Too Colourful For The League” and “Chairman George”. His latest, “Let There Be Light” tells the tale of scientists trying to create nuclear fusion.

Alexz Johnson is a Gemini-award winning actress and musician who starred as Jude Harrison on the Canadian hit “Instant Star” for four seasons. She has also appeared in the TV series “So Weird” and the cult film “Final Destination 3”. She recently held the album release for her third full-length record, “A Stranger Time”.

My final guest is a documentarian who, along with Ashley Sabin, has created several documentaries including “Kamp Katrina”, “Downeast”, “Invisible Girlfriend” and “Girl Model”. Their latest is perhaps their most intriguing and ambitious. It is part philosophy, part poetry, interspersed with the voice of Willem Dafoe. The film is Do Donkeys Act? I spoke with co-director David Redmon earlier in the week.
