Ending decriminalization, 'Silent trails' in Metro Vancouver, & Extra airline fees!

Three councillors from Surrey, New Westminster, and Richmond are calling on their city councils to urge the provincial government to end its experiment decriminalizing deadly drugs, and focus on treatment and rehabilitation instead.
