Would you blame being emotional on not completely walking away from someone that doesn't bring any value to your life or would you just call it stupidity?

I think the bottomed line is our self worth, if I loved myself enough then I wouldn't have sacrificed my sanity for another's. I wouldn't have put their well being first and my well beings expense.
