Today, is our season finale of season one and we will be having a very special episode to highlight a movement that is going on in Nigeria called #ENDSARS. In light of the protests and the Lekki massacre that occurred on October 20, 2020, we will be having an open conversation about the problems that led to these incidents and the future of Nigeria. I will be sitting down with two individuals who represent the older and younger generation to discuss the unrest and history of Nigeria, the cultural issues the country faces, and to gain a better understanding on how we as a collective can come together for a better Nigeria. Our first guest speaker is my father as well as attorney Emmanuel Amadi. Emmanuel is a British Nigerian who was born in England but was raised in Nigeria where he experienced the Nigerian Civil War and a majority of his education. He has a great interest in Nigeria and her affairs, her politics, and looks forward to Nigeria reaching her fullest potential. Our second guest speaker is a family friend as well as real estate investor, broker, and consultant, Igwe Nwankwor. He is a Nigerian American and his social media accounts can be found at (@everything__realestate @rockstvrhndrxx). I am your host Glory Egwuonwu Amadi, let's dive in!
