Well Sophie had other plans, and has FULLY embraced life, living for the moment, and LIVES for the now.

•Climbed Mont Blanc, 
•Has cycled over 1000km
•Has paddle boarded oceans 🌊 
•Completed Ironman challenges 🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃‍♀️ , •Ran ultra marathons 🏃‍♀️💯 
•Ran her own Business for the past 10+ years.
