Welcome back to another episode… Boundaries are interesting conversations..
I am talking about energetic boundaries.
These are for us and not for others.. Once we know who we are what we like .. We are starting to honor that part of us.
Boundaries are to be defined in your family and relationships as well, not just within your workplace. Stand up for yourself so that the universe supports you. Once you have a boundary, you don’t let anyone enter into and hurt you. You got every right to stop it and it’s like having a doorkeeper to your Heart Center, guarding and protecting you.
Take a step back and look at the message you are sending out in your work or in your family and think and connect to your IG© in working out a plan to change. Change can happen only when you are ready to bring it in. Where are the areas you need to revise to see the boundaries in both personal and professional life and how is it impacting you? What actions can you take to make a better boundary? Always remember boundaries are for you and not for others. Once you define what your boundaries are, it reflects on for others how to interact with you. Always do the baby steps as these habits took years to inform and will take a little longer time to redefine.
Habits are not something we create in one day, and to expect to change it in some miraculous way in a day will not happen. Take time and plan and will happen to get you what you truly desire. Have patience; notice the difference and see if it worth the while for yourself to be happy.
