In this episode I'm getting really honest about the hardest year of my life. Walking away from my five year relationship. Shutting down my business and getting a job for the first time in four years. Watching my whole foundation fall to the ground, and watching my ego get torn to shreds in the process.

If you've asked for big things in your life, a life you don't have to settle for, you're going to get put through lessons, challenges and tests that are exactly what you need to become the person who can hold that life.

What I've realised this year is that the things I was using to feel good enough, clothes, my relationship, money, validation, were never actually making me feel enough. They were just covering up the parts of me that didn't. And when ego death rips all of that out from under you, you finally have to sit with what's underneath.
