If we are going to pick realities to live by, the least we can do is to make them positive, upbeat and motivating.  Since we are in charge of making our own truths, let's believe that our adversities are temporary, believe that this too shall pass as everything does and that even if things seem a bit discouraging presently, that things will soon get better.
